How does Webtrends Social help

Webtrends Social makes it easier to focus on the fun parts of the job. Here are some of the areas Webtrends Social helps with:

  • Social Command Center – Webtrends Social pulls together the core duties of a social marketer: a campaign app builder, publishing, moderation, and analytics.
  • Do it Yourself Campaigns – Most social marketers are strapped for cash. They can pay for a few premium campaigns a year, but need the ability to make their own campaigns in between. No one makes that simpler than Webtrends Social. Building apps doesn’t require HTML and CSS skills. Want to set up campaign tracking? Push buttons, not JavaScript with Webtrends Social.
  • Wall Control – Simplify the job of managing your Facebook wall using our keyword moderation rules and team collaboration workflow. Keyword rules can auto-delete, notify, or flag posts that have keywords you define in them. Assign posts to other members of your team for follow up or just for their reference.

Wall Management

The hottest new feature of Webtrends Social is the Facebook Wall Management capabilities. Wall Management allows you to schedule posts for publishing, use keyword filters to auto delete posts or assign for review, manually moderate the wall and assign posts to other teams members to follow up, maintain a history of all wall management activity (which is a must-have for regulated industries) and post updates in real-time to your Wall(s) – yes Walls. If you are the administrator of more then one Facebook page you can now pull all those customer touch points into one dashboard where they can be thoroughly moderated and managed.

Page Dashboards

Building on top of the best-in-class app and campaign analytics, Webtrends Page Dashboards now pull in your Facebook Insights data from their API giving you a central location to monitor all your key metrics.

Apps

The Apps are still with us and we continue to expand our library, but now they’re part of something bigger. Our Apps platform has gotten even easier to use with short cuts and design focused, fully customizable drag and drop interface.
