I recently led a session at #PivotCon 2011 in NYC – the marketing conference unlike any other in that it’s singularly focused on the Rise of the Social Consumer and how brands in the know are connecting with those consumers.
I (@hopefrank) was joined on stage by the CMO of Zinio, Jenniey Mullen (@empg); the CMO of The Grammy Awards, Evan Greene (@hopeandchange); and rising-star fashion designer Raul Penaranda (@PenarandaWorld) . The theme of our session, presented Monday morning, 10/17/11, was ‘Walking the Walk of Social.’ A lot of organizations talk about it, but these leaders shared tips on mastering the true art of engagement and measurement. And later that afternoon, I was awarded the VivMag-nificent Woman Award for Digital Visionary by @zinio and @VivMag!
