SAP’s innovative eCommerce solution was already a leading end-to-end platform for eCommerce, eMarketing and eService.  The addition of Webtrends’ Web Channel Analytics adds a new and powerful dimension that will help SAP’s Web Channel Experience Management users to measure and maximize their digital initiatives..

 With our new SAP-certified integration with SAP Web Channel Experience Management 2.0, Webtrends provides analytics on campaigns, commerce, shopping carts and customer support with zero configuration required.  Simply activate Webtrends data collection from within the SAP interface and you’re off and running!  And since the Webtrends solution for SAP is built on the cross-channel Webtrends Analytics 10 platform, you’ll be able to see your SAP data side-by-side with your other websites, Facebook pages, mobile apps and more.

This latest integration is yet another example of Webtrends commitment to provide customer intelligence, analytics, and personalization to customer experience management (CXM) initiatives, regardless of the platforms in use.

With today’s announcement, we’ve formalized our relationships with the following major platforms, although we work with many other platforms as well:

  • SAP -  SAP-certified solution for SAP Web Channel Experience Management
  • Microsoft – A Microsoft Gold-Certified solution for SharePoint 2010
  • Ektron – A preferred analytics solution for the Ektron Digital Experience Hub

These integrations speed deployment, simplify data collection, and pre-design reporting and integration based on in-depth knowledge of the platforms. This speeds time to results while providing the extensibility and flexibility required to optimize the CXM solutions in use at your company.  After all, integration is key.
