Jennifer Zeszut – Founder and CEO of Scout Labs
Jennifer created and spearheads the sentiment analysis startup company Scout Labs, a web-based service that scours the social web for real-time customer insights and feeds a monitoring dashboard that can be use to refine marketing strategies and increase consumer satisfaction. Prior to starting Scout Labs, Jennifer was Director of Marketing at eBay, Vice President of Marketing at Leverage, and Director of Marketing Strategy and Analytics (West Coast) for Razorfish. Scout Labs recently raised $4 million in funding.

Steve Woods – Co-Founder and CTO of Eloqua, and Author of Digital Body Language
Using his background in engineering, corporate strategy, and software architecture, Steve is acting CTO for Eloqua, a company that he co-founded in 1999. Eloqua helps marketers automatically respond to a buyer’s expectations, lower marketing costs, and demonstrate product value. Steve wrote Digital Body Language, a book about the need for marketers to observe the online body language of buyers in order to communicate to them effectively. Prior to launching Eloqua, Steve worked in corporate strategy at Bain & Company and engineering at Celestica.

David Alston – VP of Marketing and Community at Radian 6
At Radian 6, David concentrates his efforts on building his company’s brand world-wide by monitoring consumer-generated content and participating in conversations on the social web. He co-invented the “twebinar”, which is using a combination of Twitter and live video webinars for real-time, trackable conversations before, during, and after the event. Prior to joining Radian 6, David was Vice President Marketing Strategy and Creative Director at Revolution Strategy, Vice President of Corporate Development at Hawk Communications, and Senior Director Marketing/Product Planning at iMagicTV.

Sean Power and Alistair Croll – Co-Founders of Watching Websites, and Co-Authors of Complete Web Monitoring (O’Rilley)
Sean and Alistair are co-founders of Watching Websites, a consulting firm that helps new ventures market effectively during their early stages, and helps large corporations get a handle on data tracking for their new and existing projects.
Sean and Alistair co-wrote Complete Web Monitoring for O’Reilly Media, which covers every possible way to monitor web site traffic. Sean is an author and a speaker, and teaches executives how to use the social web to communicate with their customers. Alistair writes about new advances in technology, engagement, and web-based applications, and is a Principal at Rednod and a Partner at Bitcurrent.
