The conference rate for rooms is $135 + tax a day. Hotel and travel arrangements are the responsibility of individual conference attendees. This discounted rate includes:

  • Wireless and wired high-speed in-room Internet access
  • Admission to the resort’s exercise facility

Please review the agenda prior to booking your hotel room. We recommend you arrive at the hotel by 3pm on April 6 and depart no later than 1pm on April 9. If you are participating in the optional training, you should depart after your class concludes on April 10. The discounted room rate is available for leisure accommodations before and after the conference. Rooms are subject to availability, and reservations must be made for these additional days prior to March 6 to receive the discounted rate.

Registration Materials
You may pick up your registration materials at the conference registration desk in the Red Rock convention entrance.

Conference Attire
Business casual attire is appropriate during the day and at evening events. Keep in mind that, while the temperatures outside may be warm, the hotels are fully air-conditioned and may be cool at times. Bring a light jacket or sweater.
