Murray Gaylord, previously vice president, brand marketing for Yahoo! Inc., was named vice president, marketing for NYTimes.com in January, 2007, and added the role of vice president, Customer Insights for The New York Times Media Group in August, 2007.

In his role at the Times, Mr. Gaylord is a member of the NYTimes.com senior management team and oversees all marketing, customer and consumer insights and Web analytics.

Mr. Gaylord joined Yahoo! in 2000 and was named vice president, brand marketing in 2001. In that role he led the company's advertising, market research, creative, trade marketing and community relations departments.

Previously, Mr. Gaylord was executive vice president and chief operating officer of The Advertising Council from 1997 to 2000, where he helped to create new executions of memorable public service campaigns including Smokey Bear, "Friends Don't Let Friends Drive Drunk" and "A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste."

Before that, Mr. Gaylord was executive vice president, director of client services for TBWA Chiat/Day and executive vice president, group account director at Scali, McCabe, Sloves, Inc. Mr. Gaylord also held various roles at Young & Rubicam, Inc. He received a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr. Gaylord is the current Chairman of the American Advertising Federation and is on the board of directors the Miami Ad School. He is a founding member of the eMarketing Association advisory board.

Prior to joining ForeSee Results, Eric was Director of Automotive Programs for Internet Operations Center, a leading regional Internet applications service provider. His role at IOC was to bring new Internet and E-commerce applications and solutions to the Automotive Industry, including a web-based "Dealer E-mail" program for Ford and a web-enabled EDI system.

Luke Peterson has worked all over the United States for the Presidential campaigns of Al Gore, Howard Dean, John Kerry, and Barack Obama. Hired to Barack Obama's national headquarters staff in April 2007, Mr. Peterson headed up the trail-blazing primary technology team in charge of data and personally designed most of the campaign's database architecture. Shepherding the data program through to the nomination and having planned for the general election, he changed his focus and became a key staff adviser to efforts in the critical swing states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.

Prior to his move to Chicago, Mr. Peterson worked as an organizer and campaign technologist for the American Federation of Teachers. On the ground with the AFT, he worked on over 40 state and local union affiliate mobilization, organizing, and membership consolidation campaigns. He built the system used to track the thousands of members displaced by hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and he worked in Iraq to help establish a political party for secularist, pro-education union members there. Mr. Peterson holds a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and currently resides in Washington, DC with his fiancee Courtney and dog Juniper.

Eric Tobias has 16 years experience in a variety of Information Technology positions. The last six years have been spent assisting numerous clients in understanding their web analytics implementations and integrating into larger corporate systems. Eric started his career as a software engineer and database interface designer and quickly moved into web development. Rob joined NCR in 1991 from AT&T and began a focus on data warehousing and CRM technologies and their application in business to drive customer differentiation and profitability. In 1994, Rob released NCR's first CRM product globally, and supported the development and release of NCR's original Relationship Optimizer product in 1998. With more than 25 years spent helping global, multi-channel organizations leverage consumer information and transactional data to drive market strategies, Carey brings extensive experience and a wealth of relevant knowledge to WebTrends.

Prior to joining WebTrends, Carey served as senior vice president of product management at Abacus, creators of the world's first and largest cooperative database. While there, Carey was responsible for conceiving, developing and executing product and go-to-market strategies for solutions designed to provide multi-channel transactional data to catalog, retail and business-to-business merchants. He has also held senior positions at other top consumer data and marketing companies, including Customer Insight Company, Experian, ROI Direct, MatchLogic and Peak Effects. Carey regularly shares his expertise in database marketing, campaign management, e-commerce and Internet marketing through frequent speaking engagements at industry conferences and events.

Carey holds an MBA from Regis University and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from DeVry University.

Vice President of Marketing Jascha Kaykas-Wolff oversees all WebTrends marketing efforts, including overall strategy, branding, demand generation, advertising, public relations and web site operations.

Prior to joining WebTrends, Kaykas-Wolff served as a director at Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, LLC. He was responsible for strategic marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies, and drove growth of marketing optimization and e-commerce services.

Kaykas-Wolff previously held several senior management positions at Microsoft, where he oversaw business and marketing for Microsoft Store, Windows Marketplace and Microsoft PinPoint. He was a founding member of the e-commerce team that invented and launched Microsoft's digital locker, a virtual lockbox for secure storage of information about software acquired online. In addition, he implemented advertising and consumer products for MSN that increased profitability and improved consumer experience.

Prior to Microsoft, Kaykas-Wolff managed business development for Yahoo! Shopping. He established partnerships with LVMH, Estee Lauder, GSI Commerce, Umbro, Penguin & Putnam, Harper Collins and other leading companies. He also was a member of Yahoo's global account manager organization, where he drove the Compaq/Yahoo! global alliance and managed advertising sales operations for the eastern region of the United States.

Kaykas-Wolff holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Whittier College in Whittier, Calif.

P.J. works with Enterprise level accounts and can often be found troubleshooting and resolving some of the most complex issues. He also works with our field consultants to devise workable and sustainable solutions for our customer environments.

Prior to WebTrends Gary worked with State Farm for three years as a WebTrends application administrator/team lead, and before that spent over 11 years as a consultant, developing and implementing web-based applications. April Moore began her web marketing career back in the day when every site on the World Wide Web was listed as a text link on the Mozilla home page. One day, while reviewing her web logs for hits from Czechoslovakia, she experienced an aha! moment and realized that this whole web data thing was gonna be big. Since then she, like everyone else, has been alternately amazed, fascinated and terrified by the amazing amounts of data available and has been thoroughly absorbed by her quest for that Holy Grail of business intelligence - actually putting this stuff to use! Along the way she spent seven years working for Deloitte, "a major professional services firm," first as a web content/usability expert, then as a WebTrends administrator and web data analyst, and another year working for Motorola as the resident analytics maven. Her hands-on approach to working with the data and her familiarity with the corporate environment give her a unique perspective on the cultural and business process changes required for the successful implementation of a web analytics program. When she isn't slaying the proverbial dragons of data integration, she enjoys fencing with her husband and friends, gardening in her Nashville lot, backpacking, and spelunking.
