Webtrends for Technical Professionals I: Essentials
Audience
Analytics administrators and others responsible for implementing and maintaining Webtrends solutions.
Summary
In this class you will learn how to configure and implement the base functionality provided in Webtrends Analytics 8.5. this class is designed for technical professionals who are responsible for configuring Webtrends features to produce reports required by end users in the organization. Participants will learn how to configure profiles, filters, templates, and a wide-array for reporting features. In addition, the class focuses on using SmartSource Data Collection (SDC) and will describe the SDC Javascript tag and Webtrends query parameters available to enhance reporting options.
Webtrends for Technical Professionals II: Advanced Administration
Audience
Technical professionals responsible for configuring Webtrends to meet the advanced reporting needs of their organization.
Summary
In this class you will learn how to implement a number of advanced features that will expand the capabilities of your Webtrends implementation beyond basic tracking. Topics will include the following: Configuring custom reports, implementing custom templates and dashboards, tracking paid search activity, implementing advanced tracking of Web 2.0 technologies, setting up users and permissions, exporting to Excel and creating an ODBC connection.
Webtrends for Marketing Professionals Fundamentals I and II
Audience
Business and marketing professionals interested in learning how to use Webtrends to drive decisions, including business analysts, web analysts and anyone who needs to use analytics to understand and improve their organization’s online presence.
Summary
Gain valuable insight into using Webtrends Analytics through hands-on lessons. You will learn how to define key success metrics for your site, and how to use Webtrends reports to help you make data-driven changes that improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
Webtrends for Marketing Professionals: Advanced Analytics
Audience
Business and marketing professionals who have taken the Fundamentals I and II courses and are interested in becoming a certified Webtrends Marketing Professional.
Summary
This case-based course will help you develop your analysis skills. Using Webtrends reports, we will work together to answer common business questions asked of web analysts. You will gain valuable experience in reading and analyzing Webtrends reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and communicating your findings to others. At the end of this course, you will have the opportunity to take an exam and become a Webtrends Certified Analyst.
